The Estrella-El Pomar-Creston Water District will be conducting an election on November 4, 2025 to fill three vacant seats on the Board of Directors.  Candidates must be over 18 years of age and either a holder of title to land within the District or the legal representative of a holder of title to land within the District.

Declaration of Candidacy and Oath of Allegiance, Certificate of Designation, Form 470 and Form 700 forms are available in the links below or may be requested by mail at EPCWD, PO Box 1499, Paso Robles, CA 93447,  by email at info@epcwd.org, or by calling the District at 805-354-5158.  The filing period begins on Monday, July 14, 2025 and all forms must be filed with the District office no later than 5PM on Friday, August 8, 2025.
